• Six eggs
• Half pound of ground beef, chicken, turkey, or other lean meat
• One cup of flour
• 1 teaspoon of salt
• One bag of frozen vegetables (or 16 oz of fresh)
Method:
You will need a large bowl, a large skillet or frying pan, and
medium to large sauce pan. These tools will allow you to mix up and cook the ingredients easily. To make

1. Add all six eggs into large bowl
