7. Cut carrots into small pieces

8. Mix carrots and chicken into rice

9. Add cottage cheese to mix and stir thoroughly

10. Allow to cool and serve

When it comes to storing your Rice Cheesy Chicken, you will want to separate it into serving sizes. This will tell you how many days worth of food that you have. If you have fewer than four days worth of dog meal, then you can put each serving a container or baggie and store in your refrigerator. If you have more than four days worth of dog food, then you will want to freeze it.

The reason you will want to freeze the food instead of chilling it only is because it is fresh food, not preserved food from a can or dry. Freezing it will allow you to keep it for up to six months. You will want to be sure that you store the food in freezer safe bags of containers. This way you do not get freezer burn on the food that will ruin it. Bags are the best way to go as you can fill and flatten them for saving room.
